The Neighborhood

If shopping is your thing, then you will be in heaven… Chelsea and nearby Knightsbridge are famous for being home to Harrods and Harvey Nichols, two of the most iconic British department stores. You are also just a short walk away from Sloane Street where you’ll find row after row of high-end fashion boutiques; it is worth walking past just have a look at the beautiful store window displays. At the end of Sloane Street, is Sloane Square where you’ll find...more shops! The King’s Road is another famous destination if you’re looking to spend some money. Take a walk around Chelsea Physic Garden, London's oldest botanical Garden, a 5 minute walk.Great modern art at the Saatchi Gallery in the Duke of York's barracks by Sloane Square, with lots of great restaurants right there.

It’s not all shopping; there are great restaurants too. Chelsea has plenty of high-end restaurants; some with Michelin stars. The Ivy has a beautiful garden. The Pig's Ear is a pub with a focus on food. Phoenix gastropub on Smith Street, very good pub food. Ziani on Radnor Walk, classic Italian.

Our check-in time is preferred from 3PM onwards, however, we understand that sometimes travel needs to be flexible. After booking, please enquire about an earlier check-in with our team – we will always facilitate bag drops for early arrivals.

Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund – If canceled at least 30 days prior to check in within 48 hours of receiving booking confirmation
  • 50% refund – if canceled 7 or more days prior to check-in date
  • 0% refund – if canceled within 7 days of check-in date
